  38. I am behind you Jason.  I agree that the new "Walker" should come with NO
  39. less than a 68040.  With it, we could have good speed Mac emulation with
  40. ShapeShifter.  Texture Mapped games could play in full speed.  With the
  41. 040 and 060 code being so similar, things will be optimized for them
  42. instead of for the 030 which many times leaves the faster CPUs running
  43. the same speed or slower than the 030.  An 040/060 CICS remnant machine
  44. is the only logical thing.  While I am attempting to be happy with
  45. whatever AT chooses to do, I must admit I am disappointed as well.
  46. Maybe Dave Haynie will try to get it through to them that a FULL 68040
  47. is what should be in the new "Walker".  Fingers crossed.
